About

A practical trade, sourcing and wholesale business.

Ruganzu Group develops trade, sourcing and wholesale opportunities across Australia, Africa and selected international markets. We identify, structure and execute — we don't just advise.

Who we are

Ruganzu Group is an Australia-based trade, sourcing and wholesale business with two connected sides — Australian grocery and FMCG trade, and Africa trade and market-entry support.

On the Australian side, we source, supply and structure wholesale and FMCG opportunities — spring water, honey, noodles, coffee, packaged foods, pantry goods and private-label products. On the Africa side, we connect Australian and international businesses with African suppliers, buyers, partners, operators and investment opportunities.

Our work is practical and commercial. We deliberately keep our client list small so we can stay close to product, supplier and counterparty — and answer for outcomes, not just advice.

What we stand for

Three principles, applied to every engagement.

01

Practical over polished

We optimise for clients getting the right answer and the right counterparty — not for impressive-looking decks.

02

Local truth, plainly told

We tell clients what's actually happening in market, including when an opportunity isn't real or a partner shouldn't be trusted.

03

Accountable to outcomes

We stay in the engagement until the supplier is verified, the contract is signed or the decision is made with confidence.

How we work

A four-step engagement model.

Designed to give you a defensible answer or a verified counterparty — not an open-ended consulting relationship.

01

Brief

You tell us what you need — sourcing, sell-side, investment, market entry or verification.

02

Scoping

We come back with a defined scope, timing and fee. No open-ended retainers.

03

On-ground execution

We work in market — supplier visits, diligence, introductions, negotiation support.

04

Reporting & handover

Clear written outputs, verified counterparties and a defensible recommendation.

Australia ↔ Africa

If you're moving real money across this corridor, we should talk.

Send us a short brief. We'll come back with a clear view of whether we're the right fit, and if so, what the engagement looks like.
